Essential role of ATG7 in LPS-induced endometrial inflammatory injury in goats

چکیده
Abstract The economic losses caused by uterine infections in ruminants have received increasing attention. Autophagy-related 7 ( ATG7 ) has been demonstrated to be capable of regulating apoptosis, but surprisingly, can both promote and inhibit apoptosis different cellular contexts. However, the role endometrial cell during postpartum period remains unclear. Herein, location expression was determined after mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) uterus. results showed that increased epithelial cells (EECs) not stromal cells. goat EECs under LPS treatment, further led an increase bax a decline bcl-2 EECs. Silencing inhibited EEC treatment. regulation confirmed overexpression. may serve as essential regulatory factor process inflammatory injury. findings help elucidate pathogenesis endometritis ruminants.

cultural iran is a scope that is more extended than the political territories of iran as a political unit. this concept means that cultural geography(mehdi moghanlo-1383-1) of iran is greater than its political geography which, according to history, has a long history extending west-east from kandahar to the euphrates and north-south from the persian gulf to the caucasus including transoxiana a...

Objective(s): Osteoarthritis (OA), characterized by degradation of articular cartilage, is a leading cause of disability. As the only cell type present in cartilage, chondrocytes play curial roles in the progression of OA. In our study, we aimed to explore the roles of miR-23b in the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory injury. Materials and Methods: LPS-induced cell injury of ATDC5 ce...
متن کاملRole of the perforin/granzyme cell death pathway in D-Gal/LPS-induced inflammatory liver injury.
Cytotoxic T lymphocytes and their granule components, such as perforin and granzyme, play an important role in the defense of hepatic infections caused by different pathogens. Moreover, it has been shown in vitro that hepatocytes can initiate cell death via a perforin-dependent mechanism. Although it is well known that hepatocellular apoptosis in D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide (D-Gal/LPS)-a...

in fact this study is concerned with the relationship between the variation in thematice structure and the comprehension of spoken language. so the study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any relationship between thematic structure and the comprehension of spoken language? 2. which of the themes would have greated thematic force and be easier for the subjects to comprehend? accord...
15 صفحه اولThe Role of Autophagy in Kidney Inflammatory Injury via the NF-κB Route Induced by LPS
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome associated with poor clinical outcomes. No treatments effective for AKI are currently available. Thus, there is an urgent need of development of treatments effective for AKI. Autophagy, an intracellular proteolytic system, is induced in renal cells during AKI. However, whether autophagy is protective or injurious for AKI nee...
